i thought maybe you all might get a kick out of this:

if you read the earlier thread by our PR girl you saw that we did kind of a senior project, creating a small campaign for Honda on our campus (CalState Fullerton) to launch the Fit.
so we held a contest where students tried to squeeze as many people into the Fit as they could for cash prizes (remember Beetle-cramming in the 50s?).

hey-

That web site is very well designed, very easy to navigate and has good graphics.

I will still offer a litte constructive criticism. I could not find the vids of people in a Fit (at least not with a cursory glance). Not crazy about the "music". Your description of the paddle shifters says "available with manual transmission". They are really only available with the automatic transmission.

 

I was hoping to find pics of all the kids squished in there, and the fat kid tryin to get in at the very end.. but found nothing.

 

27 people in a fit, must be rather comfortable dont you guys think?....lol

as for hte music, we didnt really have a choice. due to copyright I was only allowed to use tracks from the Fit promo CD.

sorry about confusion with the pics - they are in the upper right hand corner where that "1st Place" ribbon is located. (89 pics + 4 minute video from 27 people squeezing)
and, yes, the suspension got a good work out hehe also notice how they tear down the rear-view mirror inside

That was awesome! I was actually wondering how many people you could "Fit" comfortably and still be able to drive it - My best guess is 7, if you have two in the back part. I'm gonna fit 6 including myself to go to Ozzfest in July.
Hopefully, it won't scrape the ground!
