Whats up everyone. Been looking around and can't seem to find any local 5 borough meets.

If anyone has any info on any Fit meets for the area. Please fill me in, I'm trying to meet some fellow FF's and chat it up.

 

So this is a bit delayed but there is a group called the Tri-State Fit Crew(https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/new-...tml#post968353) but activity had been pretty lacking. I would love to get it active again though if you know of any other people in the area that would be interested in setting up a meet after the winter?

 

I think that group Java mentioned disbanded or someting, haven't heard anything for a while from them, went to 1 of there meets.
It's messed up there's no 5 borough, or atleast metro NYC area Fit meets.... I'd interested in a meet after winter.

 

I just posted in the main thread for them this morning hoping there would be some sort of response. If not I'd be totally down for creating a new NYC/LI based group hoping that it would be easier for everyone to meet. It seemed like it got a bit tricky because of everyone from NJ trying to participate as well. Let me know what you guys think about that. There has to be a lot of people that would be down for this they just need to find out about it!

 

It don't matter to me, NY/NJ/CT, anywhere within a 50 mile radius I'll pass thru. I don't see too many modded Fits on the streets, and I think a few people from that old crew sold their Fits, but I'd be interested in a meet, and see how many people would be interested too.

I'd be interested in a Fit meet here. I live on the East End of LI, but I drive far and wide. I would go to NY for a Fit meet.

 

I'd be interested, i would go to NY for a meet! I'm from Québec! Maybe other fit tuner from Quebec would like to come with me after the winter!

 

I'd be up for meets in the NY/NJ/CT/PA area. Get you guys out of the city though. I would be afrade to venture there with my undented fit! (My beat up rust 97 civic was another story though!)

 

A fall meet would great. Maybe last weekend in October or first weekend in November (wife will be in Texas).

 

Last weekend in October I would be in CT. November would be cool though. Might catch my fit with the steelies on depending on when it threatens to snow!

Alright guys, since noone has stepped up to the plate and there is nothing going on, I will be setting up a quad-state area (NJ/NY/PA/CT) fall mountain drive! (mostly in north Jersey since that is the area I know). Watch for details it will be very soon (two to three weeks).

There's some peeps again. I'm interested. The next few weeks I'm unbelievably busy, but it should free up soon.

It seems Fit owners are targets for NYPD now.

 

I don't think I can make the Bear Mountain run but, if this is to be the thread, I'll subscribe and try to make a future meet. (I know I said the same thing in the other thread, which is it?)
