Hey guys, hope everyone visiting this thread can make it this Saturday.
solbrothers >> We will be driving directly from Castro Valley to Fairfield destination so please meet us at the Fairfield Starbucks since you're not too far from there.
mvshutter >> Will you be joining us at McD's in Castro Valley by 8:15am or at Star Bucks in Fairfield by 9:30am? Group of us will be meeting at McD's in Castro Valley by 8:15 and depart by 8:30am...please let us know.

Wait, solbrothers is going?
Hey wait, solbrothers is going to make this meet? If this is true, I will call in sick, just to make this one!
Some people claim that they have seen "Big Foot." Others say they have seen the "Lochness Monster." To my knowledge, I do not know of anyone that has ever seen "solbrothers!"

Think he posted that while we were at Black Bear Diner.
6 Fits met at the Castro Valley McDonalds:
Completely filling the COMPACT parking section was a nice touch
We topped up on assorted brekfast fair, and some air, before the 5 cars going headed out to the meetup point at the Sbux in Fairfield:
Parking was a bit of a free for all at the Sbux but everyone gathered around solbrothers GD3 and discussed their favorite mods on each others cars and swapped info before the cruz over to the lunch spot:
Unfortunately when the group pulled out to do the run, a few went right instead of left
but while we stopped to re organize there was time for a few quick shots!:
Once we were able to catch a few stragglers it was time to head off into the twisties! Amongst many other Sat riders and bikers I even caught sight of an interesting classic:
After a spirited run through the scenic wine country of Nappa we stopped in at our "brunch" spot at the Black Bear Diner. There were some interesting parking slots...:
A hearty meal of generous proportions and lots of bacon was enjoyed along with the big screen TV showing Honda and Euro car touring racing. After another return run through the entertaining bit, we pulled back off into the local colleges parking lot for some photo opps with the remaining 8 Fits:
We all had places to get to and people to see, so eventually everyone made their goodbyes and peeled off toward their respective homesteads. A BIG THANK YOU to Eyefone for creating and organizing the meet and another BIG THANKS to konig_feather for his followup and planning of the CV caravan meetup. I hope everyone who came had as much fun as I did, post up your photos! Or feel free to browse through all of mine here:
