Carolina Fits!

Carolina Fits Check In!

Seen a few around the boards. Would like to get an exact count. Maybe we could plan a meet or something if there is enough interest.

I'm near Topsail Island, NC. I thought about doing a meet, but it seems like a hassle since everyone is so scattered over the Carolinas. Although....Myrtle Beach may be nice.

Wish I could say the same.

By the way, I tried to gauge interest before for Carolina Fit owners, and they are so scattered it would be near impossible to get a meet together. I like the idea though.

Well we could always plan something at the next big car event in the area. On Aug. 18 and 19th at Rockingham there is the SpeedFed Nationals. I'll be there working the show if anyone else is planning on going.

I've never been to Rockingham... is it worth going to? I almost went when Pinks All-Out was there.

I went for the fun runs when I had my evo, did low to mid 12 sec runs... not sure I would ever run the fit, 20 sec 1/4 mile does not really excite me at all haha!

That said, majority of the fit owners here don't wave to each other at all, quite a let down since I was kinda expecting a cult following...

BTW there is an autoX event going on this Sunday in sanford by the tarheel car club Auto-X.com - Home of the Triad Sports Car Club
I am hoping to go, wondering anyone else interested?

I'm not a big fan of Rockingham simply b/c the drive is so long and boring. lol But it should be a good show. They're gonna be having drifting, drag racing, car show and auto x. Here's a link to the website.

Welcome to SpeedFed Nationals - Car show, Drifting, Drag Racing, and Autocross

Let me know whats up.

Checkin in...

Wow! It seems to me that everyone who actually knows about fitfreak.net who is in the Carolinas is here, well I think that we should have a sub-forum where the states are divided whithin the Carolinas: Western, Central, Eastern.

id be on carolina honda too, but there is many a douchebag there, so i try to avoid it.

we gotta keep the love going in the fit community though! not let it drop down to to the point it has in other honda circles.
