Haha! I just got the new Tidewater colored 08 fit today. I'm so thrilled! Yay for Fit owners in SUV-crowded Colorado!

 

I'll keep an eye out for ya, did you get a Sport or a Base? I drive through Westminster on my way to work every morning (I'm in Northglenn, black Fit Sport).

 

for sure, i'm down in westminister all the time. i wave at all the fits i see. i think they all hide in downtown golden. and we must find the person in littleton that drives the 07 blue fit sport!. i see her almost everyday

 

I got the Fit Sport! I'll make sure to wave at any other Fit owners too, though I take the bus to work rather than deal with fighting my way downtown on the freeway.

 

My VBP was haunting Colorado Springs this past holloween week. Back in California now though hehe.

just wanted to say whats up! this is my first post., just bought my new 08 fit sport in blue (sorry i like blue) and have a few mods already. is any body still up for a little meet or what?

 

i'm in. everone i see in CO is in a blue fit. tsk tsk tsk. what are your mods? where in colorado are you?

 

mods include: K&N typhoon intake, OBX R race header, skunk2 50 mm cat back megapower exhaust, and a mugen shift knob. i need a o2 sensor spacer, something cheap for the down pipe. i live in centennial almost parker next to aurora. i'm off all this week and next week. no work right now.

 

same, i recently butterflied my thumb like it was a lobster tail. no work either

 

went to auto parts store and got a sparkplug anti fouler for like 3.99. i just grabed the largest one they had. it fit the hole in the down pipe but the inside diamiter was a tad to small for the o2 sensor so i took a drill bit to it and widened it just a little and it fit perfect, only took like 20 minutes to do. i used both in the package to put it out a little further just in case and it works great. want to meet somewhere this weekend? anybody? i'll drive to where ever in town. maybe dave and busters in westminister?

i go up to lookout mtn all the time, but that's way too far for you, and it will be busy on a saturday. lets see, littleton/highlands rance area works for me, but if everyone is over by wheatridge, that's fine. i really don't know colorado too well. i've only lived here for about 3 months. you tell me. what's the head count so far... 2?

man, i hit a duck in evergreen tonight! an f-ing duck! it was dark, and i was only going, like 25 mph, and i was like, "is that a duck". sure enough, this duck just SITTING in the middle of the road, and i didn't have the time to swirve out of the way (for it was snowing, and i was in a bad area to do that).

sure enough, i look in my rearview mirror and see a duck franticly flapping it's wings, as if it had been decappitated. evidence of my bumper shows no sign of hitting or injuring the animal, i didn't feel or hear any impact. i think i just startled the thing...
