i was wondering if enyone in the Uk was heading to the south mimms meet, i think the next one is in october but not 100%

 

Details, link, etc. would greatly help. I'm a member of YJOC.co.uk if you're interested in all things Jap. I have 2 Honda jazz's/fits.

 

I will try to get the details for u coz iv been there twice now and havnt seen meny jazzes only one or two
btw i dnt own a jazz yet

 

i will be attending in my jazz, having a mini convoy down with an eg and two ej9 civics

 

Sorry but when's is this happening guys? WS89 do you fancy calling past York or nearby on your way down as I could hook up with you guys and convoy down???

sunday 14th october. we could meet you at a service station on the a1 if you like, we'll probably be in the leeds/york area of the a1 between 9 and 10am, on thursday 11th october.

 

How come you're travelling down on the Thursday? Making a UK tour out of it? Is there a website for what's going on at this meet? I'd be more than happy to hook up with your convoy, but I'll have to book off time from work to travel on the Thursday, got a GoPro camera too so could shoot some footage if anyone's interested in that sorta thing.

Might look for a few local skateparks and take my BMX as well and do a southern tour .

 

yeah, we're going to spend the weekend down there. planning on visting the ace cafe too. we'll be staying at the days inn hotel at south mimms too, so that saves the hassle of traveling to the meet, as it takes place in the car park there !

Yeah I'm down for it, will have sorted out a few issues on the car by then too. As for modded Jazz's/fits I suppose you won't see many as they don't have a lot of power. I want to do the K-Swap to resolve the car's lack of power. That said the rest of the car is fine loadsa space inside, and I think they look stylish too.

I agree with the lack of power form the jazz, after i've sold a few things im going to be boosting mine

 

Right it's getting closer, car booked in for 7th gearbox overhaul, lost synchro on 5th gear when loading over 100mph pops straight out :C 1st and 2nd chunky to select. CVT boot on passenger side spraying grease everywhere as rubber currently only held on with a zip tie, new driveshaft sourced. Full oil change and Hamp filter to fit. Engine torque dampner to refit after snapping! oooh and maybe a clean. might fit my mugen visors not sure. see you all there
