Using Torque ( https://torque-bhp.com) I got 631 RPM when idling, is that low or correct?

Seems a bit low but not necessarily bad .. Is engine hesitating, stalling, reluctant to rev? If not I think you are ok ...

You didn't mention the year or transmission which may affect the idle RPM, but on my 2015 CVT, it's around 750-760 according to my OBDLink MX+.

I think is exactly the same model a GK 2015 CVT, what do you think? would I need to take it to the dealer?

I would take it in if you're experiencing hesitation when accelerating from a stop. Manual mentioned having the isle speed looked at every 160k miles. Not sure how it's adjusted with this drive by wire system unfortunately.
