Cylinder 2 idle misfire trouble

Hi everyone, new to the site. Long time forum user though!

My new-to-me Fit GE8 (197k miles) has been giving me misfire headaches since buying it.

Cylinder 2 has an intermittent misfire, only time I can feel it is idle. Engine runs smoothly up to redline.

We have changed:

Valve adjustment

Spark plugs- NGK Iridium torqued to new torque value.

Hitachi ignition coils

Hitachi fuel injectors

Car does not overheat, ping, burn oil, or anything else. It simply idles lumpy.

We watched the misfire counts on my friends expensive SnapOn tool and cylinder 2 hiccups here and there. Not constant. Graph looks like a little like this- imagine the numbers are just the misfire count on a line graph .....1........12..........123......1...12........ It's like there's no rhyme or reason to it.

My VIN was not affected by the Lost Motion Spring recall, but I am curious if a fault in that system would cause an idle miss?

I've also read about fuel injectors failing and taking out the circuit in the computer with it, causing all sorts of ugly misfire issues. We did change the injectors last and maybe it was placebo but it ran great for a mile or so and then went immediately into limp mode. Should I be investigating wiring here? Is there a way to check the computer?

Any other ideas?

Thank you
