wiper blade problem help...=(

my wiper blade is making this annoying sound when i turn it on....anyone know how i can fix it??or should i replace the blADES?

there is already a thread on this try searching for it,under wipers.....so let me guess its the left side of the passenger side .................?basically reversing the insert solves it
