Engine Vibration with Anti-sway Bar??
We just put my anti-sway bar on yesterday. Am I crazy if I say it feels and sounds like the engine vibration is more noticeable when starting from a dead stop? Can it be that the car doesn't flex and absorb as much of that now, so it's more noticeable? Once I get going it's fine. But it feels very different to me when first revving the engine. Please educate me - I'm not sure I like this. (Corners are more fun though)

The brackets attach with 3 bolts directly to the strut tower. So there is no rubber, but we considered spraying some rubberized undercoating (but we didn't). Damn, do we have to take it all off again and do that?

Anytime you install aftermarket, you run the chance of messing up a well made car that Honda engineer's have built.I learned from 10+ year's in the import scene and a bunch of different car's from different companies, that sometime's adding thing's aftermarket(which aren't alway's the most thoughtout piece's ie.monster whale tail wing's for 1)aren't that good for your car or your pocket book.Remember, company's are out for business and anything easy to make and anything they feel they can sell, they will put on the market.I say this from 1000's on top of 1000's dollar's wasted on some piece's that just quickly or over time did nothing but ruin the car.Just be careful(ie the bolt's were never really designed to take the lateral G-force's a sway-bar load's onto them over the long run)and if you have any doubt's take it off or have a professional check it out.Be Safe out there.

dude, i had mine on for months and i had zero issues with it. its a good part. as good of a part as it is, nothing is going to beat a one piece design. the only one piece designs ive seen are spoon and mugen. i just took off my tanabe and put on the spoon and there is a huge difference in weight. the tanabe weighs about three pounds and the spoon weighs about one pound! im much happier with the spoon one

I have the tanabe front strut and i have the same sound when starting. i think it is because if u look right behind the tanabe symbol there will be a 2 ft long piece of plastic that is right up against the back of the bar. the bar vibs against it when starting. what im going to try and do is place foam or rubber mounts on the back to reduce the direct metal rubbing.
this is still just my asumption though...
