where is the horn located 2007 honda fit

where is the horn located 2007 honda fit

i cant seem to find the horn on my fit i have a 2007 fit does anyone know where the horn is? i am replacing it with to old style ooga horns install below the grille any info would be great

I dont know if you found the answer but if not then here is the answer. If you remove the front bumper and your looking at it head to head its going by the bottom left splash gaurd. If i had a pic i would post but i dont sorry

its under the right headlight. you have to remove the front bumper to access it

can you get to hot wire on the horn without removing anything i want to add sone Hella fog horns thanks

Yes you can access it for smallish stuff without removing the bumper. Remove the phillips head screw directly in front of the passenger side tire, and there may be one of those plastic buttons too. When you're done you will be able to bend the plastic in front of the tire upwards and access all kinds of stuff like the horn, the fog light, the right hand airbag sensor, and whatever else you might have put there.

If you have a sport model, you can just unscrew the passenger side foglight and there it is! Lots of space for a larger horn!

Heck yeah. I put a pair of Subaru Impreza horns in there with tons of room to spare. It's a cavern.
