Bay Area NorCal car washers?
Bay Area NorCal car washers?
I never have time to do a proper wash on my car, not having a driveway to do the work and no garage to park my car makes it impossible to maintain my car as I want to.
Where can I get my car washed without the spinning wheels touching my car, where only the human hand and a wash cloth molests my car in exotic ways... not too worried about the price, but I am worried about how long they take to wash my car, wax it, and make sure that it's got a good proper happy ending a car deserves?

Thanks, there is a place in SF after hours of yellow pages and calling does detail work for 270$ inside and out, from steaming out the inside and cleaning everything to triple waxing and buffing with something they called "airplane grade wax" and a free container of washing soap so that it doesn't damage the wax job...
I'll call the San Jose one... hope to get it done before I take off sometime next week. may be leaving Wednesday or Thursday. Urgh.

may go on wednesday... since that will be the last day I'm around... or I may just opt to just drive to IL that way, and get it detailed there for 25$, with interior getting nice and clean...
By the time you have driven a few hundred miles, road conditions will have ruined your exterior detailing, and by the time you get to IL, you will be in dire need of another one. Why not just wait, instead of paying for the job twice?

That would be silly - road dirt will ruin your detailing in no time. Drive it dirty and get it cleaned once you get to IL.
The dealer in St. Louis detailed my car before loading it onto the truck...STUPID EPIC FAIL! Would have been a better idea to give me a $100 credit to get it done once the car got here....You'd never know it had been washed...road dust all over it especially in the engine compartment...waste of time for them and me...

I've been dying for a photo shoot before leaving the bay area...
The fort mason looked cool, the parking lot at Tanforan's cinemark was another location... was thinking of a last photo shoot of the bay area... =o
Which is why I was considering getting it done before I left...
Maybe I should wait for the photo shoot for if and when I come back... with my Ridgeline... (if I ever get it)
