Third oil change, switching to ENEOS in my GD

I'm at 16K miles now after owning the car almost a year. Time for my third oil change. Drained out the Royal Purple and put in some ENEOS. Royal purple did pretty well through this winter with a lot of days around 0 degrees. I like to try new things though, and the price of royal purple went up anyway.

Same as always, Purolator PureOne filter.

I also lowered my car about a month ago on T1R V2 S-Coils and got the wheels aligned yesterday. My toe was out a bit but all is good now.

And I also added yellow Nokya bulbs and silverstars... but I'll probably just switch to HID once they burn out.

That's all that's going on with me, I need to finish my degree so I can start making more money... seriously, i need new shoes

Pretty sure that's a myth - oil X won't be any less effective because oil Y was in the engine before it . . . It's not like feeding a cat.

yea, it's just not recommended to switch back to conv. oil after synth...granted that's been relatively disproven also lol.

Old-timers will tell you not to mix brands when adding. But there are guys on the BobIsTheOilGuy site who blend their own and swear by the results. So, who knows.

Myself, I fill with one brand...but every year or so I mix all the leftovers together to get rid of them.

i have eneos in my car right now and i dont like it. everytime i pull out the dipstick after running it hot for a bit, the eneos seems to get really thin and watery. almost like if i ran it super hard (track status) that the oil would break down. i am switching back to greddy when im ready for my next oil change.
