Where should we park our Fit

Hey Guys, i just want to know where is the safest place we could park our baby at work if we don't have a covered parking space.

should we park at a shaded area under the tree where lots of different stuffs fall on our car. such as leaves, small branches some seeds of sorts etc...

or we park out in the sun where eventually can damage the base paint of your car overtime

park in a parking spot? Its a car, its going to be exposed to the elements and there is nothing you can do to prevent it. Wash your car weekly and park in the back and off to the side of parking lots when ever possible to prevent door dings and scratches.

Under a tree is probably the last place I'd park.

There are plenty of polymers and waxes that help to protect your paint from UV, chemicals, stains, chips etc ...

The Griot's Garage RO polisher is possibly the best $130 I've ever spent.

If your paint is detailed and well protected you really only have to worry about physical damage for the most part.

What? Is this even a question? I mean it IS a question and there could be opinions on it, but I think you are old enough to decide where to park on your own

Parking under a tree can be risky too even in good weather. This Honda Odyssey had a huge branch fall on top of it. Stuff happens everywhere. My fit was hit while parked on a street.

Like the others have said.... Its a car not an antique rolex. You have insurance so who cares where you park it.

As for the paint fading..... it happens to ALL vehicles over time, so unless you plan on taking it to barrett jackson in 70 years I wouldnt worry about it.
