Starting off the day with another DIY Video. Chevrolet Corvette C6 Z06 gets its taillights smoked! Light Smoke Headlight Armor Smoked Taillight Kit. Nice subtle smoked look and a pretty easy application. Have a C6 Corvette or know a friend with one? This is a great visual mod!
Chevrolet Corvette C6 Z06 gets its headlights protected with our Headlight Armor Clear Headlight Protection Kit. After many miles and a good number of track miles the headlights were still in good shape, but did have some pitting. The adhesive from the kit tended to fill in the surface imperfections and resulted in a clearer looking light that is now protected from further erosion. Win win.

Something a little different this time...
Thinking about some racing numbers for your car but not sure you can apply them correctly? We just uploaded a pair of videos that should alleviate any apprehension you might have! SCCA, NASA, NHRA, or general HPDE Track day, I am ready and looking good!
This video shows the application of a SCCA Autocross specific custom cut vinyl racing number set from Headlight Armor. Our number sets are available in a variety of sizes and colors. We have general track day HPDE numbers, and rules specific SCCA Autocross, NASA Road Race / TT and NHRA Drag Racing Number/ class sets. The application is in real time and uncut.
While there are a variety of ways to apply a vinyl graphic such as a set of numbers, we chose a DIY Friendly approach. I hope it helps.
For this video we are applying the numbers and class letters together (how your order will come). Please note that we left spaces for an extra number digit (a “1” ) in front of the “35” as the car is going to be co-driven. The “1” was also provided and is going on a magnet.
Let us know what you think. Give it a "like" if it was helpful! Let us know if you have any questions on the application.
For this video we are applying the numbers and class letters separately, to fit customer requirements and spacing between the fender and door handle. Please note that we left spaces for an extra number digit (a “1”) in front of the “35” as the car is going to be co-driven. The “1” was also provided and is going on a magnet.
