GD3: wheels don't spin well

Hello. Due to some suggestion of members on FitFreak that there might be air in my brake lines, I got the car on jack stands, took off the wheels and adjusted the rear drums before bleeding the brakes for air.

So while the wheels where up in the air, two wheels turned very poorly when spinning freely: front left and rear right. So I have two questions because I feel they each have different issues:

1st question: Rear right. I noticed with the drum off the wheel that compared to the left side, the wheel hub doesn't spin well. The left one will do one or two turns before stopping but the right one stops nearly instantly. I'm thinking it's the wheel bearing since there is no brake interaction with that part. I looked in the service manual and they talk about using a hydraulic press. Is it possible to extract a wheel bearing with a standard bearing puller and is it possible to drive a wheel bearing with a hammer and bearing driver or do you really need a press?

2nd question: Front left. I have the impression this is a sticky calliper. Perhaps a brake pad that lacks lubrication and that is dragging on the rotor? Could I perhaps try and remove the pads and lube the slide pins and the back of the pads? I've owned the car for about 2 years and it's been driven in the winter so there's been road salt and nasty stuff in there. The brake pads are still 60 -70% good so it's not related to pad wear and I don't think I want to get into rebuilding a calliper. Could I simply remove the calliper, press the piston in and try and clean and relube everything and slap it back together and call it a day? Could you recommend a good brake grease? Can I use the same grease for the back of the pads and the slider pins?

I once had bad callipers (on another car) and my wheels would heat up and my wheels are not really getting hot so I don't think my callipers are bad. How do I know if my callipers need to be replaced? Thanks, I don't really have much experience with brakes so any help is appreciated

We talked about the front wheel on another topic.

Regards the rear wheel, if you remove the hub assembly, then an auto parts store (or other repair shop) could press in/out a new wheel bearing.

HOWEVER:

From other Hondas I have worked on, I know that there are specific steps to pressing the bearings. One example, sometimes the ABS sensors "read" the bearings themselves so the orientation could be important...also, how far the bearing is pressed into the hub.

Because of these issues I had an independent Honda specialist shop replace a bearing on the Acura I owned. They did the job for a little more than half the dealer's estimate.
