does anyone here happen to know if the hks hi-power exhaust has a slight angle coming out from the rear?

Yes, it does have a slight angle. I've had mine about a month, very happy with the purchase. I bought it from Options Auto.

Is this just a bolt on?do i need to weld to install it?

If its an axle back then its bolt-on.
