What brand intake do you have for your fit and what price did you get it for? Hit me up with the info please...

trying to decide which one to get...

I can get the AEM for $300.00
fujita like $200
Injen $290

which one do you guys think I should get for my fit... price is not an issue... which one is better in sound and performance... any help is appreciated...

The only problem with the H-fit intake is its not most attractive looking intake, it looks very cheep. I know the performance is good and a lot of people are happy with it but for me I’m looking for something that has good performance and looks nice. That is why I’m considering the J’s intake.

Hey guys im going with the T1R intake soon, full carbon fiber and it's supposed to get you max gains. Although, right now im a little skeptical to modding the FIT... I just recently raced my stock fit with a rally-art lancer (suspension upgrades and the basic I/E bolt on is all over stock lancer) and he easily took the win. I just have to wonder if upgrading this car is worth it if im gonna spend $1400 for the I/H/E combo... anyone know what kinda cars you can take on with that set up?

I don't think most of us bought the fit to beat cars. I think their styling, handling, versatility is what sold most of us. Now with these SC and turbos coming out it might be a different story.
But when I get my intake I'm really liking this one.

Yes I can understand that, but for me, putting 1400 into the car for performance is a little much if you can't get some good power gains out of it that would be noticeable in, say, a race. I dont need to be able to beat the K20 power houses, or some mustang GTs but the lancer is not that much to ask for... maybe i need to look into FI but thats a chip in the wallet lol... o well, i love my fit in any case.

T1R intake is what you really want. The bigger intake body will give you a nice gain in HP and a great sound. We just installed one intake over here is NY for a Maunal Fit, it only take us half hr to install it and most of the time was taking out the stock intake.

Definitely recommend the T1R B-Max Carbon Intake until the J's Racing Carbon Fiber Tsuchinoko Intake hits the market. It's released to the public, but none have been shipped to NA as far as I know. I'm also first on the list with AJ when they come in hahahaha! Anyone want my K&N intake?!?!

BTW, the K&N is a great CAI. I've had it for about a year now and I haven't had any problems with it to date.

I went with aspec intake and happy with it. These cars only have 109HP I could not justify spending $250+ for 7HP increase.

Illusive-
K&N DOES NOT MAKE a CAI for the Fit. Your intake is a Short Ram- period.
