IMO, spending $400 on an axleback exhaust for an econobox is ricer crap
I think its kind of funny you think spending $400 on an nice axle-back is rice, It is kind of crazy to spend that kind of money I'm not going to argue about that. I think more of rice as buying Knock off brands just so it looks like you have the real deal for cheaper. In the end though as long as it is tastefully done and looks good it real doesn't matter if you spend $10 or $1,000

I would much rather see some one do there own thing rather than go out and buy something that anyone else can buy, But thats like My Opinion Man and Cherry Bomb is far from "Rice"
its a cheep glass pack that a lot of old hot rod guys use just for its universalness and cheap price. I had one that i turned around backwards on my 88 Jeep and it sounded pretty good on that Inline 6.

LOL so true, I saw a Colbalt the other day and thought who the hell would put that wing on the car to only find out later that it was FACTORY

Yea, if it was maybe an two or three inches longer it'd be perfect. But I still love it regardless.

I got access to a really cheap Skunk2 exhaust from one of my clients, they distribute Skunk2 in PR.

I'm thinking of getting the Skunk2 60mm catback and painting the axleback section black.

So, Ive had this muffler idea for a while now. I got the mufflers a few weeks ago, had them welded together and theyve been sitting.
Today, I had them installed. Major fab work went into getting these on. Both mufflers are functional and a Y pipe had to be made.

Since I have a Modacar cat-back its 3 piece. Im kinda glade it was because no flanges were cut off. New piping from the 1st piece was made to the new muffler. I can still bolt my original muffler back on.

I LOVE the look of this muffler. Hate the sound. Sounds like a Honda. Granted the buzz isnt too bad its just loud. Droning loud.
My old exhaust wasnt noticeable at idle. This one, you can feel. Ill probably be changing it. Or trying to get the tone a lot lower.

Mufflers are Hayabusa 1300cc.

Wow that is sick!! How big are the openings though? I would think a motorcycle muffler would be small? Maybe why your using 2? Anyways it looks freaking awesome!
