Looks like I got jipped, its an axelback, not a catback...

Even Apexi-USA thought they were selling fit catbacks, all their dealers
listed as a catback. I hope Apexi will come through and hook me up
with a b-pipe .

Thumbs down

After talking to Apexi-USA, they admit their listing mistakes,
all their dealers are listing it as a catback, as well their own website...
they WON'T make things right! or offer any solution.

Go figure, I will never buy anything Apexi!

For the price, you should have realized that it WASN'T a catback...

EDIT: Are you going to use the exhaust...?

Sorry,
I already sent it back and got a full refund.
I got a skunk2 catback instead for under $400.

I just installed the WS2 tonight, after debating whether or not to return the axle-back exhaust for several days now. I thought I was going to get a cat-back exhaust, since that is how everyone has it listed, and I even called several shops to confirm that it was indeed a cat-back, and they told me it was. But to my knowledge, a day after I ordered this exhaust, Jimmy101 posts pictures showing me otherwise. The price was way to cheap for it to have been a cat-back, considering its the same price as the other axle-back exhausts.

Well it was dark when I put it in, and I have finals coming up, so give me a couple of days to try to figure out how to post pictures along with a sound clip.

Just to let you know, the inside piping of the WS2 looked like the same size diameter as the stock. I did not measure, but just looked at it side by side.

The exhaust note is deep, and quiet, and is similar in sound to a Greddy SP2. It sounds stock, and the audible noise is similar to the new Civic SI's. If you want to know how loud it is, go find a friend who has the new SI.

I measured the pipe, it is 50mm, stock is 45mm.
The reason it looks stock, is theres a ring causing a
restriction to about 45mm, I would have the muffler shop
stretch that out or something so it will flow better.

Here are some really bad short video clips that were taken in the dark and rain. Its an automatic, with the K&N SRI, and the Apexi axle-back exhaust.

Anyway, the exhaust is really quiet and the K&N intake is really really loud with its huge velocity stack. It's hard to tell when the exhaust sound becomes non-existent and the intake takes over.
