Megan Axle Back Muffler missing parts?
I just got my Megan Axle Back Muffler. (Dual tips)
It didn't come with the bolts or the gasket as pictured on the photo. Just the muffler nothing else.
Is this standard, or am I missing stuff? Do I need that extra stuff?

I've had my Megan muffler for about 8 months, bought it from an eBay vendor, and it came with bolts and lead gasket. You definitely need the gasket, but might get away with no problems in re-using your original bolts.

use if the old one is damaged...

I just got done installing it. The gasket was stuck to the mid-pipe anyway.
The only problem that I had was that the new muffler's piping didn't leave enough clearance for me to fit my socket wrench in to tighten one of the bolts. I ended up tightening one down and using just a pair of pliers to hand tighten the second. I could only get it about 50% of the way there, I doubt it will come loose though, since the other one is on tight.

Well honestly it's not needed. However I have been surprised by some of the inconsistency for some of the aftermarket auto parts I've bought.
1.) I had to return my first T1R Intake because it was defective. In addition it was short a few of little nuts and bolts that are documented on the DIY here. Nothing critical was missing, but damn annoying.
2.) The progress rear sway I bought has the Big chunky bolts, rather than the smaller ones included in earlier runs. These interfere with the springs, and so I decided to order a new set of nuts from Panducky.
Aftermarket parts are cheap for the Fit, but it's still annoying to have to deal with these little issues every time I get a new part.

Oh yeah the muffler.
I have an Automatic. The car has a low rumble while it's idling and you can hear it when your accelerating. The noise is low pitched. It is no where near as loud as my T1R Intake. The intake provides the high pitched roar, while the muffler fills in the lows, like a subwoofer.
I do notice a slight increase in performance. It feels a bit more responsive on the throttle and accelerates better when I push it past 3K. Nothing major, but the car is a little smoother and more willing to accelerate.
It definitely looks great, much better than the stock which looks like there isn't a muffler and the fit is some kind of Eunuch. I painted the muffler body black like everyone here is doing. Used high temp BBQ grill spray paint.

It can depending on throttle position, if you're light on the throttle regardless of RPMs it will be pretty quiet but if you open it up more than a light tap and it will drone. For the most part it's un-noticible, I took a 1500 mile road trip from CT to Miami and it wasn't bad at all, just cruising especially with the cruise control you won't hear it unless you are trying to pass someone or scaling a big grade.

You start to hear a low grumble at 3K rpms. It's almost vibration than sound.
While it's not loud or annoying it is definitely louder than stock. Stock is almost completely quiet. You will definitely notice the Megan Exhaust is on there, but I doubt you will find it unpleasant.
I do have an intake though..
