Quiet, high flow header-back exhaust?

Quiet, high flow header-back exhaust?
Got to be honest with you, I got really tired of the Greddy Evo2 exhaust on my 99 Eclipse. On the highway the drone was awful and the car was just plain too loud.
I'm looking to run a 35 shot of nitrous(50 for track day) and I want an exhaust that will sound very close to stock but will give me free flowing exhaust so that I can maximize the efficiency of the motor, and more specifically the motor under nitrous.
Got any ideas?
Oh... also, the cheaper the better. The lightness of my pocket is difficult to describe because it's so... light.

As far as the quitest i've heard go with Tanabe Touring Medallion. It's very quite, and just on the fit I've got much more power than I thought (although it wasn't much). I assume by adding headers and a mid-pipe, it wouldn't get that much louder.
