Exhaust Piping

Well I bought an Apexi N1 canister but it's just the muffler. I keep reading these threads talking about the B-pipe. I'm not sure what this means? Is this what you refer to the piping behind the cat? What about the resonator? I was wanting to know do I just have a muffler shop custom make me some pipes and if so what size? Or do I look into a B-pipe? Whatever that is? Will loosing the resonator be harmful in anyway? Or will it just give the exhaust a beefier sound? Thanks.

if you bought a muffler, just have tehm weld it onto the axleback portion of teh exhaust. if you want it louder, have them also remove the resonator and weld in a pipe in its place

A resonator has no effect on the volume of the exhaust. The point of a resonator is to remove rasp. So if you want your Fit to sound like a bee then have the resonator removed, your best bet is to have an axle back made out of the muffler you have that way you can remove it when you get annoyed with it being too loud
