MT KWSC on a AT Fit?

I read a post where a guy has a MT kwsc kit on a AT fit and I was wondering how hard is it to do?? Is it plug and play?? Also what are the Pros and Cons of doing so??

pros... is that it works. Cons.. its not warrantied, and is not setup to be the prime for the auto.

the charger on the kit is different for the a/t setup: its tuned for more low end torque, so the power delivery will be different than a m/t kit on an a/t.

but yes it was done.

Yes, Leonine has the MT kit on his AT. As stated, it's not warrantied, and it won't be as efficient as the AT kit.
If you're looking into getting the kit, I would hang on a few short weeks 'til the AT kit is released; and (hopefully) we get some final info and numbers on the Hondata injector upgrade, if you were interested in that....

Get the AT kit, it will be worth the short wait.

when the a/t kit is released real world and people have installed it then we'll see if all of the hype once again lives up to its expectations. I however have the ability to go beyond 5 psi and will not be limited by the size of the s/c.

it's very easy to speculate when you don't own one or buy into the hype but we shall see soon enough. The only thing the a/t kit will probably do is get you up to max boost at a lower rpm. the supercard does not adjust timing which would be a big help for either kit. it only adds fuel in open loop. that is the way it works on my fit and a m/t fit.

I really dont see some jaw dropping performance coming from the a/t release. it will be an improvement i'm sure but i am remaining skeptical and reserved. that is the result of real world experience with the kit not speculation.
