help with intake....

i got the fujita cold air intake, has any1 washed there filter or by another filter ... if so how to wash the filter ?

Just buy the K&N cleaning kit and follow the easy instructions. Wash it, let it dry, put it back on.

no dont buy the oil kit you will destroy it.


get 2 buckets of water.

both warm.

in 1 of the buckets put some hand soap/dish soap swish it around in the soap water like turning the filter back and forth. then lift it out of the water.
and repeat like 2 times.

then just swish it around the warm CLEAN water.


you can repeat if you want, but normally not needed.

then let it air dry.

i do it all the time.


fujita has it on their website.

the reason why the k&n will destroy it because this is a dry filter not an oil filter.

thanx guys .... i didnt use the k&n recharge kit because of the dry flow filter but is pretty darn clean

O really, I thought the filter was just a K&N Filter
thats some good info to know when it comes time to clean my filter

thats what i did for my filter sh!t worked like a charm...

why don't u just read the damn instructions that came with the kit (disregard if bought used)
