Ingalls torque damper

After 6 weeks of fighting with Ingalls and Panducky I finally got all the parts to put the damper in. Instructions suck and with no check list of parts it made it hard to figure out what I was missing (I even sent Ingalls a picture of parts they sent) no help to Panducky and Ingalls. I ended up buying one bolt from Home Depot which was a 8.8 bolt instead of the required 10.9 hardened bolt. I can't believe Ingalls told me they wouldn't pay for shipping me a bolt that they left out of the kit the first time they left out a spacer) and Panducky wanted a restocking fee if I sent it back. These two companies have no integrity at all. Stay Away!!!!!!

Okay, back to the TD. Kit weighs about 5-6 pounds. It does what it supposed to do. It's okay. But honestly when I get a chance I want to get better mounts and fly this p of s.
