Finialized Fit Sheet Metal Manifold..
Sorry for the Long delay..
For USDM model Honda Fits..
After 6 months of testing and finalizations, we have come up with a solution to the LOW EGR flow problems with out first batch of Intake Manifolds..
Anyone who has purchased it before the new model, please contact us and we will exchange your old model for the new model..
Here are the pictures of the changes we made to the manifold flange to fix the LOW EGR FLOW problem.
The EGR gases going into the cylinder head were previously blocked off, in our JDM version. The JDM cars dont monitor EGR flow and dont have this problem. Now we allow the EGR flow to flow exactly the same as stock.
Here is the pictures of the Completed Manifold:

im going with boost in 30 days. if i dont pick up the weapon r manifold i will just fab up my own and get the j's throttle body. j's released a dbw throttle body finally. it bumps up the size 3mm.
kelso just take off the aluminum runners on your intake manifold and port match them to the head. you can port it 2mm. it really helps resonse.

Ok so we did some dyno testing today and it was a bone stock fit that we borrowed from N1 Concepts. We started with the OEM baseline and then we only added the SW Intake and everything else remained stock and here is that dyno....
The next thing we did was put on the intake manifold and dyno'd here is the sheet for that. So now the car only has the SW Intake and our new Manifold everything else is stock!
Here is the last dyno which we added the Race Header to the car and the results didnt turn out too well because we still had the stock exhaust which did not help it flow. When we were doing the dyno we heard the exhaust just trying to breath so if you have a full catback you can expect alot better gains.
Here is a video of when we first put the manifold on.
