i-DSI Throttle Body

Hey,

I've got an 08 Honda Jazz in the UK, I'm planning on fitting a short ram intake to my i-DSI engine - I'm basing it around the method outlined in:

***The Official SSR Intake DIY Thread (Sid Short Ram Intake)***

However, the throttle body on the USDM Vtec engine is 2.5" (63mm) in diameter - just wondered if anybody could confirm that the i-DSI 1.4 engine has the same size throttle body so I can get a 2.5" to 3" reducer and know it will fit!

Thanks in advance!

for some reason the L13A in europe is marketed as a 1.4, anyway the iDSI variant is still available on the 08 model? do you have a GD Jazz or a GE Jazz?

If you have a GD Jazz iDSI heres my intake setup, you can always get rubber couplings to fit the intake

Since he's asking about the i-DSI engine I bet the Jazz in question is a GD. The GE cars have totally forgone the twin-spark heads for i-VTEC ones.
