review for Greddy SE exhaust
#25
I installed my Greddy SE exhaust on my TW Sport AT a couple days ago. The install took about 15 minutes and was simple. Helps a lot if you spray some silicon lubricant on the rubber hanger bushings before you start.
The result is a very clean look. Out of the box the tip looked HUGE but after the install it sits perfectly in the bumper cove. The sound is not too aggressive. If I were building an "Si" Fit, it is what I would expect. There is no drone at speed whatsoever. I enjoy the rasp of the exhaust as the car goes through the gears. Certainly a more "sporty" sound to the ears of this senior citizen at age 62.
I think the price was a bit high at $389 (hopup.com) but it is a quality piece and well engineered in my opinion.
