That is ugly looking....I guess that they call them racing manifolds so the can deny responsibility for poor workmanship when the damned things start self destructing..... They appear to make good power though.

YES i agree with everyone on the making power part !!!
i put the stock manifold back on..i have to say ...it is very disappointing !!! overall it revs slower and on butt dyno, it makes less power....with out the WR manifold !!

anyways ..this is for sale $200Canadian !!

Can it be fixed to where it will stay together? ....The pictures posted show welds that look like they were done by the worst student in my 7Th grade metal shop class almost 50 years ago.

Mine is going on a year old now, although I don't have a turbo to put any kind of real stress on it

Is the problem more related to vacuum and boost pressure or vibration?? What kind of performance difference can be expected with a 5 PSI KWSC?

the real problem is the welding fitment of the aluminum plating. i have seen these problems before on the boats i have worked on. they dont leave a corner to corner so they can add welding material and rather just seal it up so it wont leak but the vibrations are what kill the weld and form cracking.

you got it. just get someone who knows how to weld to fix it and add a little bracing and it will be good to go.

has anyone with boost shown hp numbers with the manifold and with the oem?

Sorry i havent chimed in sooner.. I didnt see this post.. But if there is anything we can do we will fix this manifold... We did have some problems with earlier batches with some bad aluminum material.. But we have since recalled those and disposed of those bad manifolds.. If you have one that cracked we will replace it with no questions asked..

You can email or PM me and i can let you know how to replace your manifold.. If anyone else has a problem like this we can replace it..
