Make a template from the shape of the map light itself.

select and area inbetween the 2 sun visors and cut a smaller hole than the template you made.

For wiring purposes, i'd say wire them to the dome light. Just make sure you're connecting to the right thing.

the JDM Honda Fit 07+ Visors comes with both side or it just comes with one side, I don't need both I just want the passenger side.

The sun visors come individually but wind visors come in sets of four.

I wonder if Honda left the mounting hardware (stud or welded nut) behind the headliner, the headliner wont hold it in place. Also finding the correct electrical connector could be fun, or replace then with something else.
