Fit performance mods???

I am not very mechanical so I have maybe a stupid question. Can you add mods such as cold air and exhaust and not decrease your mpg? Why can't you put cold air on an A/t only a M/t? I told you I am not mechanical.

Technically putting a cold air, and a performance exhaust should give you better mpg, though having fun pushing on the gas a bit more usually is what gets most people and decreases their mpg. As for the reason that the cold air is only available for the M/T is becuase they couldn't get the piping to run down good without hitting the transimission on the A/T. There seems to be some promise in the short ram that should be available real soon though.
