saw it in the gallery, I love it and want it. Where can I get it, and will it fit USDM without modification to the rebar?

 

From the looks of it, the rear one is just the lip attachment, but you'd need the JDM original rear bumper to fit that on.

 

I don't know if it's bolt on or not, I can't see a seam...perhaps it's molded on? regardless I'm still trying to find out how to get my hands on this kit

You may need to use a Japanese broker who will buy and ship it to you.
It won't be cheap, but they can get you any part you could want from Japan.
Normally they add about 20-40% markup and shipping a body kit ranges from $200-$400 to the US.
