Mugen Style Front Grille

Nope not this one. It was designed as though there is no plastic pillar going down the middle of the grill opening. It looks like I might to get a dremmel tool...

As for installing any grill:

Perfect, if you were to look at illustration 2 and 4 above you can see the center pillar I am having trouble with in the bumper part of the grill opening where the H emblem goes... I saw that seibon does have it so it wraps around that pillar without having to cut it out.

Since this Mugen style grill is ABS plastic, a dremel or small saw would take care of it. Just use painter's tape to mask the area first before cutting, this will produce a cleaner cut and also lessen the burring effect (the cut surface spreading up & down) when cutting plastic. I would paint the center pillar black so it's not as noticeable.

Yea the Seibon grill has a notch in it to wrap around the center pillar.

Same here I just took out the 2 wheel well screws and the top bumper clips and popped it down. I still would be careful doing it that way....

So are you gonna mod the grille to fit? Sounds like the best way to do it is to eyeball it. Make sure you don't cut out too much. Do it little by little, as you can always remove, but can't put back...pics when it's done please !

Yea just trim away a little bit at a time, you can always sand just a little bit more off but can't add material back.
To achieve an even radius, use a can to trace the outline so the curvature is even throughout the cut.
