JDM front end conversion

I am looking for this front end conversion; anyone has any idea on where to get the front end in the US. If you know something about this front end conversion, let me know because I am defiantly interested in converting my Honda fit to this front end. Thanks

is that the stock front bumper found on fits in the phillipines? are those side skirts stock? i think they should replica that design for the usdm fit.
