eBay is great - but as much smack as I've heard about passwordjdm.com not being what it used to, I got my my badge from them - and while you may or may not know where the Badge is actually coming from, I at least knew it was coming from Cali.
Also, College Hills Honda has a website and I've gotten some Japanese parts from them, sometimes at a premium.
but again, they are stateside at least - so the turn around time is normal and there's no questionable shipping fees/charges like those sometimes you see coming from Japan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc. (i.e. I've seen some supposedly "JDM" parts go on ebay for 9.99 with 40 dollar shipping charges...)
just my two cents. eBay is awesome 95% of the time. The other 5% is slightly questionable.
