Doubble sidded tape not very sticky

Hey your blog helped ALOT thanks. However when i did my front one, the emblem wouldnt stick very well. Maybe the plastic was too slippery after i sanded that part down on the grill??? But what i did was i found some construction adhesive in the garage and put a little bit on the emblem and then just pushed it onto the spot on the grill and let it set up. It sure isnt going anywhere now. The crap said it was waterproof and i assume they use it outdoors all the time if its used in construction so what do you think? Think it will last? Thanks!

great stuff!
Just installed it a few minutes ago using this DIY and all was good.

Just hated the whole sanding the front part. Just a warning to everyone, to remember to protect the car with a towel or something cause I made small scratch marks when sanding that front grill without knowing it until it was too late.

Now, I just hope it stays on. My first test will be when I give the car a wash.

for the front red H , is the removal and install procedure the same on the addon sport grill? or is it even the same size. not sure off the top of my head but I'm thinking the silver sport grills H may be bigger than the stock H

Does anyone know the dimensions for the red badges that you've all got?

I'm looking into getting one for my car here in the UK, just need to make sure they'll fit!

Cheers!
