What is the best way to mount a Spoon Style Spoiler

As the title states, I recently bought a used Spoon style spoiler and am asking advice or previous experience on how to securely mount it. I do not have a templete for holes and was also wondering what is the best way (what type of tape or screws) to make sure it stays attached Thanks in advance for any help!!!!

Just so everyone reading this doesn't think I'm an idiot my Spoon replica is a very early prototype with no bolts attached to the wing. This is why I'm looking for ideas on how to attach it to my car. I don't want it blowing off on the interstate on my way to work.

3m heavy duty double sided tape? that stuff is pretty strong, weather proof as well. its the stuff that come on the mugen/oem window visors.

^^That plus some adhesion promoter. Spray it directly to the 3m tape. My CF Fab wing on my xB never moved even during the accident (I was rear-ended and the xB totalled)
