paint question

I have some scratches on my rear bumper and the front bumper. I just wonder is there anyway i can repaint it myself. What kinda tools do i need?

You can certainly repaint your bumpers yourself but I'm betting that the results might be worse than the damage that you were wanting to fix. Painting is an art! Matching the factory color is an art! Good luck and ponder your decision carefully.
