It is in the hatch under the false floor... where the jack is located... it will be inside the plastic bag...

It screws in to the right...

makes sure it is pressed in all the way, requires a little bit of pressure and turn to the right...

ok so i got it in but its really recessed in there, like only the top of the circle sticks out. don't understand how everyone else's sticks out so far. gloss red paint is drying on the hook now, should be back in in about an hour

The GE's do have the tow hook. I had to change my tire a while back and to my surprise there was a tow hook stored in there.

Did ya'll use a coupler to extend the hook out past the bumper so you could still put the cover on?

Why did you permanently affix it? Just in case you need to be pulled out, to save time?

I've had these in a few of the cars I've owned, and have never once used them. Haven't spent a lot of that time in snowly climates though, or I might consider being ready as possible for a good natured Bubba to pull me out of the ditch!

i put a screw through the opposite side so the hook was snug at only half way in, then just drilled a hole in the cap that filled the bumper and put a rubber washer type thing so the hole looked finished and factory

Your shaft isn't long enough eh

I just looked and I have 3. Two loose in with jack handle and another in bubble wrap. Bubble wrap is good idea to stop the rattles too.

Hmmm does Honda know something I don't giving me three?
