I can't say they are easy to steal but definitely not hard. If someone tries to pull it off hard, it will come off for sure. The tape which comes with the visors are STRONG so when someone tries to take them off, probably they will break them at the same time.

The tail lights are a straight swap but you will need to extend the wiring a bit in order to plug them in properly.

 

OEM visors are clipped on, look closely at the 2nd pic, aftermarket / copies are taped on with double sided tape

 

I like those visors... I'm going to have to keep those in mind. No Fit yet, but just ordered. My current car doesn't have full frame doors, so I can't put visors on it... and I can't count how many times I've left the windows cracked on a hot day, only to get rained on, and have a wet, hot, steamy interior. Visors would prevent that. Might have to get a set for the Fit!

i think the oem visors is clipped and taped on like the mugen visors, but the oem/mugen "style" visors use only double sided tape
