Having delt with RHD vs LHD headlights before with European cars, will the "JDM" kit have RHD dipped lights? If so, you will be blinding others on LHD roads in the states.

A check with aftermarket supplier InterCarParts of the Netherlands shows they have the headlights (LHD, E code with electrical adjustment for height) at EUR 106 each. The fenders are at EUR 101 and the hood is EUR 155. They are not listing other Jazz parts (bumper, support, etc.) at this time.

They do not engage in US exports themselves citing costs but you can arrange a shipper in the Benelux or Germany yourself.

Also, when exported, not sure if this has changed, but years ago, the lights will have to be marked for offroad use. I had to do that when importing E code healdights to avoid legal problems since they do not meet DOT specifications. But that was back when the sealed beam was still king, so not sure if that stands now that a lot of cars use H4 bulbs including the FIT?

off the top of my head the guys that i would go through are: bulletproof, c2 auto, ajracing, jhpusa.com, or autofashion. i wish i could supply the parts, but american honda, for some reason can't bring the jdm part numbers in. autofashion is in your neck of the woods!
