gd3 fender flares

wanted to share this with u guys bought these fender flares still need a lil bit more trimming but ill do that once I get some wheels

Did the fronts think it looks pretty good,,,well looks weird cuz I have stocks on

I was gona put them on the front but messed up so I made them fit in the rear

i love that look. It was always my favorite look was the front fender flares on a fit.

wasup everybody,,I re did the fronts made them smaller I think they look way better and with the extra I made some small ones for the rear not sure if I should put those,,lmk what u guys think

haha thanks,,I don't know what to use to bolt them on,,I was thinking of using the password jdm fender bolts but not sure if they'll look right

I was expecting them to require you to saw off your oem fender after you put those on (to actually gain clearance and not just looks) and then rivet them to your body. Because race car

I do plan on cutting but not sure if I should cut after I bolt/rivet them on or if I should cut first cuz I'm afraid of cutting too much and messing everything up...

i would mount them first then use a sharpie to draw your cutting limit. then take off the flare, cut, then reinstall.

temporary install with double sided mounting tape.

thanks that sounds like a good idea,,so what do u think would be the best thing to use rivets or bolts?

rivets are commonly used for this application on race cars for permanent installation. I would go with rivets.

Why not display the pics instead of links? Click on the yellow box at the top and paste the link there.

Will you have any rub once the fenders are cut? That setup would never work here with snow and ice build up in fender wells in winter. It is bad enough now for me just on Swifts and stock wheels.
