pin stripe removal

So when i bought my vehicle, it came with this shitty looking pin stripe that is obviously not OEM in any way. So i was wondering what would be the best way to remove it, I am 99% confident that it is adhesive and not painted on or anything.

Any input would be great, thanks!

I've always just used a heat gun on low and goo-B-gone, and an eraser for the stubborn adhesive that the goo-B-gone wouldn't get off.

Always on older cars though with thick paint, the Fit's paint is thin, so be careful with it.

In for more answers.

Use this. I've heard great things. Never actually had to use it though. I threatened the dealership I bought mine from. ha

Heat gun and fingers will work fine!
