Hi body part expert, I need some help for my GD1.

1. Are USDM (GD3) and JDM (GD1) sideskirt the same? I think it is yes but not certain. In other words, can I buy any GD1/GD3 sideshirt?
2. Where is a good place to order them (with decent quality)?
3. Based on your experience do I need to order harness (clips, bolts, nuts..) from Honda or the kit comes with it?

The GD3 has those square holes along the body fender. The GD1 does not. But then I saw the Mugen kit doesn't need those square holes. So I assume the square holes are for USDM OEM side only? I am confused as heck!
