My first JDM

So, as some of you may have realized I am new to Honda. I have always kind of laughed at all the JDM insanity, but I went and did it myself. Although, not just for the "JDM" factor but I really didn't like the feel of the shift knob or boot, and that little plate on the knob gets hot as $#!t down here in the desert.
I got the JDM leather knob and a Mugen boot. Sorry about picture quality, but I had to use the flash in my garage. The seams line up very good, too bad the leather wasn't a little closer.

Thanks to AJR for the good service and quick shipping.

very nice. gotta get the mugen shifter for my AT.

I like ur username. I work @ a hospital and this one dude came in his REAL NAME was joe schmoe. I remember going into the waiting room n saying "is Joe schmoe here?" and not realizing the name i literally laughed my ass off like i couldn't breathe. I later met the guy n he changed it to be funny. nice guy tho.

Wow that looks pretty sweet.
I'm probably going to replace my knob...it does get really hot. I'm thinking a white plastic HKS D1 knob should do the trick.

I checked King's website and they didn't have any AT knobs for sale mugen or otherwise

I'm really interested if it's available

EDIT: are you talking about the AT knob cover?

I got both from AJ Racing. You can PM him for the price.

I really like the feel of the leather and the look is definately up market of the rubber stuff.

Mugen has a cover for the AT knob. Don't know about fitment to USDM though.

is the boot made for the fit or is it just a universal one?

^^ It is Fit specific. A pretty nice piece actually, a little expensive though.
