Okay, maybe I just didn't get it. My wife and I bought the car for her back in 2007 after our first child was born and she needed reliable transportation while I was deployed. It has served her well for the last 11+ years until the starter finally gave out. I've done other minor fixes to the car; new rotors, new coils, plugs, and all the sundry list of common fixes. She's getting her new Sport today, orange 2019, and I get the old one to fix up, so that our oldest can drive it in a few years -- full circle kind of thing.

I've been lurking for years gleaning what I needed, but I thought it was time to join up since I will be an actual owner instead of vicarious living through a proxy.
