Just bought a 2014 fit in Canada a few months back and am putting in new speakers and tweeters. Not a huge audiophile, but none of the speakers worked except one!! So, I pulled off the door panels today and hooked up some new speakers. No sound out of any of them, except the one that was working before. Could this be a fuse problem? Any advice would be most appreciated.

 

Not a fuse. Check connector in back of audio HU. Worst case, onboard amplifier chip has failed

 

or it was wired for sound/upgraded, then the owner tried to reverse everything back.

Thanks so much for getting back to me. What if the amplifier chip has failed? How could I replace it?

 

I think chip can be bought on mouser.com or digikey. Would need special desoldering and soldering tools to replace it on the circuit board.
