I have a noob question, how many hp can you squeeze out of the engine, before turboing?? and somebody nows if the engine has high or low compression??

Highest NA Fit output I've seen yet is the Top Fuel tuned 1.5L at apx. 143hp. Not cheap to do it either according to the tuning menu on their site -- about $3000, plus add in the optional supporting pieces (clutch, manifold, intake, etc.) and you're near $6000, if you can even get one imported here.

http://www.topfuel.info/shop/index.html#head

Stock 1.5L is 10.4:1 compression, so pretty high all things considered.

With all stock internals and what not Im sure 110-115whp can be done. Doesnt seem like a lot but the car doesnt weigh anything.

Hello.
Compression on 1,3L iDSI is 10,8 : 1 and is normal for petrol 95 RON and up.
