ex-Japan Honda fit -Eclipse Radio/ GPS to English from Japanese

2012 Fit Eclipse Radio and GPS .. How do i change this to English? All in Japanese and a very common problem here .. what's a good car without a radio

There is no way to change it to English without swapping head units. They are made specific for their regions.
